Five Ways Sorority Life Prepared Me for Adulthood

When I tell my new friends and colleagues that I was in a sorority in college, they are always surprised. I’m a very goal oriented and professional person. To them, “a person like me” wouldn’t be interested in Greek life. One thing I always tell them is that my four years in Alpha Gamma Delta really prepared me for “adulting,” as myself and my fellow millennials like to call it. I’ve now been out of college for 2 years and will be turning 25 (hello, quarter-life crisis), and thought this would be the perfect time to reflect on it.
